Criminal proceedings are extremely taxing for the parties involved. Persons in charge of advertising, technical staff, and security officers shoulder huge responsibility. In our experience, it is helpful when those in a position of responsibility know beforehand who to contact in serious cases – an in-depth preliminary advisory is always beneficial for identifying risks and avoiding prosecutable conduct.

Mediation in disputes
Mediation: a technique designed to manage conflicts through impartial advice and mediation between the disputing parties.
Sometimes long-standing partnerships break down, without any particular reason, and the conflict becomes apparently insoluble. In such cases, a neutral third party can mediate and help find a solution. The mediation process is significantly less expensive than long and complex legal proceedings.
We have experience in devising business-oriented solutions; the formal legal result is not always the best solution.
