Noëmi Müller, Attorney at Law
Noëmi Müller studied at the Universities of Lausanne and Bern and graduated as Master of Law in 2012. She was admitted to the bar of Bern in February 2016.
During her studies, Noëmi Müller translated court decisions for publication in French journals and worked as an auxiliary assistant in debt collection and bankruptcy law. She also was a volontary member of the organizing committee of the Swiss Moot Court.
After her studies, Noëmi Müller worked in the Federal Administration, the Bernese administrative authorities and courts, and a large commercial law firm. She then gained further professional experience in the legal departments of the Health and Welfare Directorate (today the Health, Social and Integration Directorate) as well as the Tax Administration of the Canton of Berne, where she had, among other things, the technical responsibility for the area of tax exemptions of non-profit organizations. She also completed the European Lawyers' Programme at the Faculty of Advocates in Edinburgh.
After her move to the pharmaceutical industry, Noëmi Müller worked for four years as Head Legal and Regulatory Affairs in a pharmaceutical company, focusing on the approval of prescription drugs, reimbursement and implementation of clinical trials. In this position she was responsible for all compliance aspects and held staff functions. Her legal activities further included contract, corporate and financial market law.
Noëmi Müller lectures for the CAS Regulatory Affairs Pharma at the Bern University of Applied Sciences.
Noëmi Müller joined Pharmalex GmbH as a lawyer in August 2023.
